Permaset Aqua Inkt:
300ml duurzame, eco-vriendelijke zeefdrukinkt in levendige kleuren op waterbasis voor textielbedrukking.
Metallic inkt bevat glitters met een subtiele glans.
Wij adviseren textiel zeven voor een juiste grofheid van de zeef, hier komen de glitters gemakkelijker doorheen.
Metallic inkt eigenschappen:
Is dikker (voelt wat meer rubberig / kwark achtig aan) dan standaard zeefdrukinkt voor op textiel.
Dit geeft de inkt het vermogen om dekkende kleuren te geven bij het drukken op donkere stoffen.
(Let op: door de dikte van deze inkt heeft het de neiging om veel gemakkelijker je zeef te verstoppen of in te drogen in het gaas. Om dit te voorkomen, spoel je vaker je raam schoon tussen het afdrukken door en laat de inkt niet te lang op het raam zitten zonder deze af te drukken.)
Het Permaset Aqua-assortiment moet na het afdrukken met warmte worden gefixeerd of 'uitgehard' om ervoor te zorgen dat het niet uit het textiel wordt gewassen.
Controleer het etiket op elke Permaset-inktpot voor specifieke uithardingsinstructies, maar zorg er als algemene richtlijn voor dat de inkt minimaal wordt verwarmd:
2-3 minuten @ 160°C (355 °F) - Handstrijkijzer, katoeninstelling of
5-6 minuten @ 140 °C (285 °F) - Handstrijkijzer, wolinstelling of
8-9 minuten @ 120°C (250°F) - Hand strijken, Wash 'n' Wear instelling
Het is ook mogelijk om inkt uit te harden in een oven of droger, op voorwaarde dat je dezelfde temperaturen en tijden kunt nabootsen als hierboven vermeld.
Permaset Aqua is ideaal voor gebruik op een volledige reeks stoffen, waaronder katoen, polyester, zijde en de meeste synthetische stoffen.
Alle kleuren kunnen onderling gemengd worden om elke gewenste kleur te creëren.
Droging: ± 20 minuten in de open lucht
Verdunnen: met water.
Permaset Aqua-inkten bevatten geen ozonafbrekende chemicaliën zoals CFK's en HCFK's, aromatische koolwaterstoffen of vluchtige oplosmiddelen. Ze bevatten geen lood, zware metalen, giftige chemicaliën of terpentine zoals andere inkten op waterbasis op de markt. Het voldoet aan de Oekotex Klasse 1-norm (met 60% over!) en is veilig te gebruiken op ondergoed, badkleding en zelfs babykleding.

Permaset Aqua Ink:
300ml vivid and durable range of water-based screen printing inks for screenprinting onto fabric.
inks are semi transparent, so they will give you bright bold colours when printed onto white or light coloured fabric.
You can make these inks more transparent with screen printing medium for fabric, which can also be found in our webshop.
The DEKKENDE (Opaque) inks are opaque on dark fabric.
(Need a different opaque color? You can solve this by mixing a little opaque white through it)
Permaset Aqua delivers pure colour, a superior soft handle and excellent washability in an easy to use, environmentally friendly ink.
Permaset Aqua inks will become touch-dry by evaporation over 20-30 minutes depending on the ambient temperature /humidity. In order for the ink to fully cure however (i.e. not rub off or wash out of fabric during washing/dry cleaning), it must be heat cured. Check the label on each Permaset ink pot for specific curing instructions, but as a general guide ensure the ink is heated for at least:
2-3 minutes @ 160°C (355°F) - Hand Iron, Cotton Setting or
5-6 minutes @ 140°C (285°F) - Hand Iron, Wool Setting or
8-9 minutes @ 120°C (250°F) - Hand Iron, Wash 'n' Wear Setting
It is also possible to cure ink in an oven or dryer, provided you can mimic similar temperatures and times as listed above.
Permaset Aqua is ideal for use on a full range of fabrics including Cotton, Polyester, Silk and most synthetics.
All colours can be mixed together to create any desired colour .
Drying: ± 20 minutes in the open air
Dilute: with water.
Permaset Aqua has been formulated to be free of any toxic chemicals. The range has no flash point, and as such is exempt from Flammable Liquids regulations.
Permaset Aqua inks do not contain ozone-depleting chemicals such as CFC's and HCFC's, aromatic hydrocarbons or any volatile solvents. They don't contain lead, heavy metals, toxic chemicals, or white spirits like other water based inks on the market. It passed the Oekotex Class 1 standard (with 60% to spare!) and is safe to use on underwear, swimwear and even baby clothes.
