Atelier Indrukwekkend respects the privacy of it’s clients. We register and process certain personal data. This concerns basic data (such as name and address etc). We’ll use this data for different issues, depending on where you’ve contacted Atelier Indrukwekkend for. 

Data for workshops, courses and events will be used for subscribing to the specific workshop and date, preparing invoices and keeping you informed about the workshop you’ve booked. And if nessecary to contact you when you are late / did’t show up for the workshop. For this particular use we’ll save your address in our address book in Wix (our hostingserver).

This collected data are used and retained for the duration up to the event and max a half a year after.

When you subscribe for our newsletter we’ll us the data to keep you up to date by sending a newsletter once a month. For this particular use we’ll save your address in our address book in Wix (the hosting server we use for sending our newsletter).

Concerning the webshop we’ll use the data to ship your packages and keep you up to date about your order status and invoice. The hosting server of the webshop (mijnwebwinkel.nl), shipping agency (myparcel) and hosting server for online money transfers (Stichting derdegelden Sisow) have their own Privacy statements. This collected data are used and retained till payment and shipment of the order and till max a half a year after.

For data we have to keep for other legal obligations (for example data on invoices and receipts), or data that I have based on regulations from my professional association(s) and / or disputes committees / debt collection agency(s). This collected data are used and retained till payment and 7 years (Dutch law) after.

Other situations in where we’ll ask your information it will be for maintaining personal contact for a commission etc. This collected data are used and till max a half a year after.

We do not provide your personal data to another party or for other commercial use.

Atelier Indrukwekkend can not provide the service (workshop, newsletter or otherwise) without this data.

All this data are only accessible by the software named above, wich are secured by a password and where possible with a two-step verification system.

The website of Atelier Indrukwekkend collects your data to improve the website. This happens with visitoranalytics ‘app’ from Wix. These data are anonymous and are therefor not bound to your personal data. (Think about the pages you use, the time you spent on the page etc.)
